After our Service of Justice and Peace on October 19th, please stay as Brad Wendel leads a conversation on the newly adopted ELCA Social Statement, Faith and Civic Life—sponsored by our Social Ministry Committee.

This statement, adopted by the 2025 ELCA Churchwide Assembly, explores the relationship between faith and public life, the role of religious communities in civic engagement, and how we as people of faith live out our values in the world.

This gathering will begin our ongoing exploration of the statement, with the hope of sparking more questions and deeper conversations throughout the year.
