Compline

NIGHTSONG/COMPLINE

Compline is chanted/sung Thursdays at 8 p.m.  It is usually streamed live on the “Compline from St. Luke Ithaca” Youtube channel and available to view whenever you need a moment of calm.  The ancient monastic order is the form, with portions of the service chanted simply and other portions sung to choral music.   The general current location schedule is as follows:   First Baptist on the first Thursday of the month, Immaculate Conception on the second Thursday, and a rotating variety of places on the third and fourth.

October 3:  First Baptist Church
October 10:  Immaculate Conception Church
October 17:  St. Luke Lutheran Church (not Longview as previously noted)
October 24:  Forest Home Chapel
October 31:  no service
November 7:  First Baptist Church
November 14:  Immaculate Conception Church
November 21: Longview (at 6:45, no livestream)
November 28:  no service (Thanksgiving)
December 5:  First Baptist Church
December 12:  Immaculate Conception Church
