The LEAD Team is listening – to our community neighbors.
In LEAD’s first community listening session, we met Sally Manning, Coordinator of Tompkins County’s Children’s Single Point of Access service. Sally shared her comprehensive knowledge of the vast array of agencies and professionals working to help families and youth address issues of health and wellbeing. We learned about the opportunities available to communities of faith to engage in this critical work of caring in our neighborhood. Let’s keep all workers with youth and families in our prayers.
Would you like to listen, too? More sessions in the works.
LEAD Team members conduct listening sessions with one member asking the guiding questions and a second person taking notes. We welcome your help as a note taker. If you would like to volunteer, contact a LEAD member.
